HARLEM, Ga. (WFXG) - A Richmond County deputy is now behind bars.

According to a press release, Deputy Terence Driggers was arrested at his home on Monday, Apr. 15 by the Harlem Police Department for a domestic-related incident. 

Fox54 is told he was off duty at the time of the incident. The press release states that Deputy Driggers began working for the Richmond County Sheriff's Office on March 14, 2015, and was assigned to Road Patrol. Driggers resigned on Apr. 16, 2024. 

Officials say the incident will follow the same course as any other criminal investigation.
