Woman arrested for relationship with inmate
A contracted food service employee who was working at Charles B. Webster Detention Center is now booked into the jail, accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an inmate.
Richmond County Sheriff's Office says Romenia Williams has been charged with sodomy and sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority after admitting to having a sexual relationship with an inmate while she was working at the jail.
