One inmate remains on the run after third from Bibb County captured in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Nearly a month after their escape from the Bibb County Detention Center, the third of four inmates was captured in Augusta Sunday morning. According to the FBI, Johnifer Barnwell was picked up at a home in the 3000 block of Alpine Drive.
Barnwell was one of four who escaped mid-October. In the time since, the first two were picked up and now only 52-year-old Joey Fournier remains unaccounted for. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office assisted the Bibb County Sheriff's Office Gang Unit and the FBI in apprehending Barnwell. They say he was captured with large amounts of suspected drugs found in the house, but the FBI adds that they won't know for sure until it's all tested in a lab.
