PERRY, GA - The Georgia National Fair down in Perry is bringing in folks from all over for a fairly good time.

"It's just fun seeing all the people getting out and having fun at the fair," one little one said as she helped her family cook up tenders and fries.

Candy apples, swirled cotton candy, gyros, bacon cheese fries, funnel cake and fried Oreos. The options are endless.

To wash all that down, you're gonna need a lot of lemons to make the lemonade.

One man said it takes a lot to make the lemonade fresh. "On a busy day, maybe 8 cases. One case, you usually have 100 or 180 lemons."

Some folks have been coming to this fair since they were little themselves, this time grabbing a fried onion on the fairgrounds.

"It's actually crunchy and crispy, so that's what I like," one couple from Fort Valley, Georgia said.

Once you're feeling full, it's your turn on the Super Slide or stick with one of the games.

"This massive right here. Especially compared to the last show that we had. It was out in Albuquerque, New Mexico," said game host James Wylie.

There are also live concerts you can attend that are free with your admission ticket.

The Georgia National Fair will be in town in Perry until Sunday, October 15.
