AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Richmond County Coroner's Office says a man is dead after being struck by a vehicle on Deans Bridge Rd.

The coroner's office says on Jun. 3, sixty-three-year-old John Cummings was struck by a vehicle while riding his power wheelchair on Deans Bridge Rd. EMS took Cummings to Augusta University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The coroner's office is investigating. No autopsy has been scheduled.
