Two juveniles, one adult arrested in Waynesboro aggravated assault

WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WFXG) - Investigators with the Waynesboro Police Department have arrested one adult and two juveniles in connection with an aggravated assault from September 11, 2022. 

Police say the initial incident happened in the 500 block of East 6th Street. When officers arrived that day, they found one victim with a gunshot wound to his lower back.

This week, investigators made three arrests. The two juveniles and Nakilan Lamar Herndon each face an aggravated assault charge.
