Sabrina Shutters is a Morning Anchor and Reporter at FOX54. She couldn't be more excited to tell the stories of the folks in her hometown.

Before coming to Augusta, Sabrina was a reporter and fill-in anchor for WRIC 8News in Richmond, Virginia. There, she covered several investigative stories, holding city leaders and business owners accountable, at times getting results or money back for people who were scammed. She sat down with family members of victims of violence in the city, telling stories of their tragic losses and asking city leaders how they plan to help stop the violence. Sabrina also covered former President Barack Obama's appearance in Richmond during the 2021 Virginia governor's race.

Sabrina also spent time at one of her favorite beaches at WBTW News13 as a weekend morning anchor, producer and reporter. There, she covered Hurricanes Dorian and Isaias and the George Floyd protests in the Myrtle Beach television market.

Sabrina was born in Augusta and raised in the North Augusta/Edgefield area. She graduated from Fox Creek High School and then got a Broadcast Journalism degree at University of South Carolina-Columbia (Go Gamecocks!).

When she's not in the newsroom or on the anchor desk, you can find Sabrina trying out new restaurants, shopping at the Augusta Mall or spending time with her family here at home. She's also in the midst of planning a wedding with her fiancé for the fall of 2023.
