EAT.PLAY.GO. to Brinkley's Chop House

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WFXG) - A new restaurant hopes to bring a new atmosphere to North Augusta.
Ed Felice, the chief operating officer and executive chef, says, “Brinkley’s Chop House is a curated, new American steakhouse. When I say I mean that we don’t just serve one line of beef I put that best steak that I can on the plate.” Brinkley’s Chop House calls themselves “upscale casual.” Felice says it’s something new for the area.
He adds, “There wasn’t anybody really doing that in this market and we felt that being in this location here at the ballpark we had an opportunity to be North Augusta’s living room.” Inside the restaurant, there’s a great view of the park.
Felice says since opening their doors in October, a few items on the menu are gaining popularity, “Our 8 ounce filet is extremely popular, our wedge salad is extremely popular and our in-house aged duck fat Delmonico rib eye - aged in house.”
Felice says Brinkley’s is in a unique position, “I think we offer a one of a kind experience. The best possible food, by extremely professional staff, on the best possible equipment.”
He adds in his years of experience it’s rare to have all three of those things, so he hopes you’ll try them out. ‘’We’re a steakhouse but we’re not fine dining...we’ve got a great selection of wines we’ve got a great selection of craft cocktails,” says Felice.
Brinkley’s Chop House is located at 1031 Center Street and they’re open Wednesday through Sunday.
