EAT.PLAY.GO. to an Atlanta Falcons Game
ATLANTA, Ga. (WFXG) - Sometimes EAT.PLAY.GO. gets to venture outside of the CSRA and today FOX54 traveled to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The stadium opened five years ago. Since the Falcons games moved from the Georgia Dome to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, stadium officials say it's all about the fan experience.
FOX54 talked to fans. One fan said, "Our favorite part would be the atmosphere."
With 71,000 seats and 7,600 club seats, some fans say there isn't a bad seat in the house.
Another fan says, "(My favorite thing about the Falcons games are) the whole game atmosphere, the new Mercedes-Benz, it's off-the-chain."
While all the fans were getting into their seats and getting amped up for the game, the teams were warming up on the field.
If you don't feel like making the drive to Atlanta, don't forget you can catch most regular season Falcons games right here on FOX54, including their regular season opener on September 11. They play the New Orleans Saints!
