AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WFXG) - The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged a man with voyeurism from an incident more than twenty-one years ago.

According to warrants, sixty-eight-year-old Rhett Riviere filmed a person without their knowledge or consent. The incident happened in the bedroom and bathroom victim's home, a rental property, back in April 2001.

SLED arrested Riviere on two counts of voyeurism Thursday and booked him into the Aiken County Detention Center.
