SLED gets approval to exhume body of former Murdaugh housekeeper
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WFXG) - Officials with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division says they have requested to exhume the body of Gloria Satterfield, the former housekeeper of prominent South Carolina lawyer Alex Murdaugh. They also say the family has agreed to the exhumation.
Satterfield died in 2018 after allegedly falling at Murdaugh's home.
SLED says this investigation is still active and ongoing.
