(AUGUSTA, Ga) - It's not spring until the golf clubs swing in Augusta.  And starting Wednesday, international field of 72 women amateurs will do just that at the Augusta National Women's Amateur.

The players will compete over 54 holes of stroke play.  After 36 holes of play, Wednesday and Thursday, the remaining play will continue Saturday at Augusta National Golf Club.  A closed practice round is scheduled for Friday at Augusta National Golf Club.

Last year, 17-year-old Tsubasa Kajitani, of Japan, was ANWA's first international champion.
