RICHMOND COUNTY (WFXG) - According to the Richmond County Warrant's Office, Donquel Moore has been arrested in regards to the Feb. 4  Budgetel Inn shooting in Richmond County.

According to the affidavit, Moore with three others "discharged a projectile from an unknown make and model firearm, striking the victim, Daytron Merriweather, in the upper torso."

Moore is currently booked at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.
