AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) - The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find a man wanted in a check fraud case.

Twenty-eight Stefan Rashan Elam is wanted for negotiating checks knowing information to be false in connection to an incident that happened Nov. 11 at 3021 Washington Rd. There is an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
