RICHMOND COUNTY, GA (WFXG) - Bond hearing for Blaeke Wolfe, one of two suspects in the murder of Andrew Cato, was canceled Friday. It was originally scheduled for 9 a.m. at Richmond County State Court in Judge Padgett's courtroom.
Richmond County District Attorney's (DA) Office spokesperson Gretchen Negles told FOX 54 her hearing was scheduled pre-indictment. Since Wolfe has been indicted in Cato's murder, the hearing was canceled.
Both Wolfe and her friend, Devin Stringfield were indicted for malice murder, felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony Tuesday. Bond had previously been denied for Stringfield.
Cato, who had two children, shared his youngest child with Wolfe. His remains were found in a wooded area in McCormick County, South Carolina in May several weeks after he'd been reported missing.
