AIKEN, SC (WFXG) - A lengthy investigation in Aiken culminated Friday morning in a drug bust on Morgan Street. Seven people were arrested at the scene.
At around 9:31 a.m. n Friday, Oct. 21, Aiken County Sheriff's Office narcotics investigators and the Sheriff's Office Tactical Team with the help of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Aiken Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant at 619 Morgan Street NW in Aiken. During the execution of the warrant, investigators seized crack cocaine base, three vehicles, two firearms, ammunition and three generators.
Code Enforcement and Animal Control were called to the scene. A pit bull was removed from the home and the building was condemned.
Seven people were arrested as a result of the bust:
Anna Morrison - Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
Tyrone Johnson - arrested for active warrants with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office
Ivy McBurnette - Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
Teon Simmons - Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Operating a Stash House
Charles Yost - Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
Carmen Toole - Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
Kelvin Dunbar – arrested for active Aiken Department of Public Safety warrants, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
