Southern Souls Rescue takes in 16 dogs from a hoarding situation

This is one of the largest dog hoarding situations that has been seen in the Bulloch County Area. At first, nearly 160 animals were found. Now, we have a final count of 193 animals. 16 of the 193 are right here in the CSRA needing a forever home.
