Dr. Anthony Fauci, the face of America’s pandemic response through two White House administrations, has tested positive for the coronavirus.

The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center announced today it will be one of the 37 VA sites to receive the initial doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

University Hospital reports there are currently 1,237 positive samples, 10,063 negative samples with at least 85 patients who have tested positive hospitalized.

Georgia Power confirmed there are 75 active positive cases of coronavirus at Plant Vogtle 3&4 construction site as of Friday, July 10.

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 907 new cases of COVID-19, one new probable cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, and nine additional confirmed deaths.

The Georgia Department of Public Health reported a total of 57,681 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in the state and a total of 2,451 coronavirus-related deaths as of 3 p.m. on June 14

As of Sunday, May 24, the South Carolina Department of Corrections reported a total of 141 positive COVID-19 cases in their facilities. This includes 28 offenders and 15 staff members in Allendale.

Augusta University confirmed a total of 519 positive COVID-19 cases as of May 11. They have seen a total of 8,320 negative cases.

The United Way of the CSRA and Community Foundation for the CSRA worked together to launch the CSRA COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund.
