The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is investigating suspicious pills found in the tea at an Augusta Jimmy John’s. According to incident reports from the sheriff’s office, pills were found in the restaurant’s tea pitchers on 2 separate occasions.
On Saturday, Aug. 10, 45-year-old Freddrick Andrews Hadden, Jr. was shot and killed by a Burke County deputy. Now, an investigation by the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Force Investigation Team has determined that the deputy was justified in the shooting.
In a press release sent out Wednesday evening, RCSS says they were informed that same day of Dr. Pringle’s departure. She will be leaving to join the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System in North Carolina.
