Evans Belk Store Celebrates Mom

EVANS, GA (WFXG) -

The Belk Store in Evans is hosting a Mother's Day Celebration. On Saturday, May 12, 2018, everyone is invited to help celebrate mothers with bubbles, cookies, massages and mini pamper sessions. Clinique, Lauder and Lancôme will also offer facials, makeovers, and skincare treatments.

Prior to day-of activities, shoppers will receive ‘Mom’s Wish List’ guides to make shopping for mom easier than ever. All customers can fill these sheets out, prior to Mother’s Day. On May 12th, dads and kids can work with on-site personal shopping assistants to track down the perfect gift for mom.

    U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham was in Aiken County today speaking out against terminating the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility at the Savannah River Site.  The U.S. Department of Energy wants to terminate the plans for the controversial nuclear facility that has been in the works for over a decade that has already cost several billions of dollars.
