CCSO looking for shoplifting suspect

COLUMBIA COUNTY, GA (WFXG) -

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office is looking for a shoplifting suspect.  Investigators say the woman pictured in this article shoplifted two purses valued at $80.

The incident reportedly happened at the Second Time Around on Washington Road.  Investigators say this was on April 26 and April 27 and that a man was with her on both dates.

    Next month the R&R Youth and Community Empowerment organization will honor people in Augusta and the CSRA for doing their part in the community to make a difference and to pay tribute to Martin Luther King Jr for the 50th anniversary of his death. Some of those honorees met Saturday at Big T's Seafood, to talk about the importance of continuing to honor his legacy.
