The GreenJackets continued on their winning ways, beating the Tourists 8-6 in Asheville on Saturday night.  The two teams finished off Friday's game that was suspended in the first inning.

Augusta led the whole way after coming out strong with four runs in the first inning.  The GreenJackets led 6-2 going into the bottom of the sixth, but the Tourists would fight back scoring three runs in that inning.  Sandro Fabian had an answer for that by hitting a two-run home run in the seventh inning.  Fabian went 2-4 on the day with two extra-base hits and three RBI's.

The game that was supposed to be played between these two teams on Saturday night has been postponed to August 23.  Asheville and Augusta will play a doubleheader that day.  On Sunday, the GreenJackets will go for the sweep in North Carolina.  First-pitch is scheduled for 2:05 P.M.  Raffi Vizcaino (4-5, 5.58 ERA) is scheduled to start for the GreenJackets against Antonio Santos (7-9, 5.61 ERA) for the Tourists.
