UPDATE: Hampton Ave. burglary suspect arrested

AIKEN, SC (WFXG) -

Update: The suspect has been identified as 33-year-old Timothy Kenon of Aiken, SC.  He was spotted on August 10th and placed under arrest for 2nd-degree burglary, unlawful burning, resisting arrest, and damage to city property. He is currently incarcerated at Aiken County Detention Center. 


Deputies are looking for a man suspected of burglarizing a residence in Aiken.

The Aiken Department of Public Safety responded to the burglary at the 500 block of Hampton Avenue NE, where they say hundreds of dollars of food was stolen from a freezer. The pictured man was seen at the residence and investigators believe he may have more information related to the case.
