COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Columbus police are charging four people after a fight broke out inside of the Dollar Tree on Buena Vista Road.

The four people who were charged are 30-year-old Tyeisha Hightower, 19-year-old Jada Williamson, 28-year-old Chanelle Broughton, and a 14-year-old are all being charged with disorderly conduct.

Police say these four women were allegedly involved in the Dollar Tree brawl that has caught the eye of over 100,000 people on social media.

News Leader 9's Parker Branton spoke exclusively with Jada Williamson, one of four being charged in this case. She says she didn't know all the women she was fighting.

“I don’t know them I only know half of them I only know like two of them the other five girls were like 30 and 27. I’ve never seen them,” says Jada Williamson. Williamson tells Branton that an argument started outside of the Rainbow Food Mart and the group walked down and once they were inside of the Dollar Tree, fists started flying.

The women will face a judge in Columbus Recorder's Court in late July.
