One man shot on Formosa Drive in Augusta

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Richmond County deputies responded to the 1800 block of Formosa in Augusta after someone reported gunshots.

They arrived to fine a 36-year-old male shot once in his stomach.

The unidentified victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigators were on scene, but have not released any additional information.
