New Commissioner added to governing board for Aiken Technical College

There's a new board member at Aiken Technical College.

Tim Painter, Plant Manager of the Bridgestone Aiken Passenger and Light Truck Plant, was been formally appointed on Monday by Governor Nikki Haley to the Aiken County Commission for Technical and Comprehensive Education. That's the governing board for Aiken Technical College.

Painter is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and has previously held engineering and management positions in Tennessee Bridgestone locations.
