LINCOLN COUNTY, GA (WFXG) -

A South Carolina man is the latest suspect charged in investigations related to internet crimes against children in Lincoln County. Randall Allen Bell II is accused of traveling Lincoln County in an effort to meet a teenager for sexual purposes. We’re told the person he contacted was not actually a teenager but an investigator.

Bell is currently being held in the Lincoln County Detention Center on charges of Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes awaiting a hearing on bond.

The Internet Crimes Against Children task force is relatively new to Lincoln County. Sheriff Bruce Beggs says this is the task force’s third arrest in just 30 days. On March 11th, FOX 54 reported the arrest of Jasmine Jones from Evans. The second arrest was announced on March 15th. The suspect in that case is Houger Durate from North Carolina.
