GRANITEVILLE, SC (WFXG) -

On Thursday, March 10, veterans in our area have the chance to meet with potential employers and federal assistance agencies.

The Aiken-Barnwell Veterans Fair will be at the armory on Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville. The event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The fair is the work of Congressman Joe Wilson, along with Operation Palmetto Employment. It won't just be an opportunity to talk with hiring managers. There also will be agencies that help our veterans adjust to life after the military.
