LINCOLN COUNTY, GA (WFXG) -

One westbound lane of Interstate 20 will be closed again this week for bridge repairs near the state line. This is all due to the tractor trailer crash last week at the Savannah River Bridge.

Drivers should expect the lane closure to begin on the South Carolina side. Work will happen between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
Crews are working just feet from passing traffic, so G-DOT is asking drivers to slow down.
