AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Seven weeks after a Richmond County murder, the Sheriff's Office is releasing new information that could help catch one of the suspects.

On December 10, 2015, Randy Ramos was shot and killed near the Virginia College campus across from Augusta Mall. Two arrests have been made in the case. Tarez Gordon and Marquise Yarbary are both charged with murder. A third person has managed to elude authorities.

Richmond County investigators now say a men's gold-nugget ring may have been stolen from Ramos during the incident. That ring could hold answers.

A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest or recovery of this evidence. If you've seen a ring like the one in the photograph provided, please contact the Richmond County Sheriff's Office at 706-821-1020. Callers can remain anonymous.
