AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) - The Junior League of Augusta is at it again, impacting the community in a major way.
“Very overwhelming experience," said Chair, Dagni Frederick. "This is my fifth year with attic sale and I keep coming back.”
For sixty-three years, The Junior League has been bringing bargain hunters all across the CSRA for a great cause.
“We've been around for sixty-three years, so it's a big tradition," said Frederick. "Not only for the league, but for the people of the CSRA.”
The Junior League of Augusta has been committed to building and promoting a better community.
“Our Junior League is a group of women that promotes volunteering as well as training to become leaders and volunteers in the community that we are a part of,” said Frederick.
This Attic Sale will provide many goods that the league has been collecting all year long. And Next Saturday, Many will get the opportunity to help the league continue their work in the CSRA by many generous offers.
“We love to provide low cost goods for families within the CSRA, as well as bring everyone together for a big huge attic sale,” said Frederick.
Now, the Junior League of Augusta has impacted this community in a major way. And that's why coming out next weekend to show your support can make a huge difference.
“The funds raised from attic sale provide funding for all of our community projects that the league supports throughout the year,” said Frederick.
The Junior League will be preparing all week long, for an event that you don't want to miss.
The Attic Sale will be next Saturday, March 7 from 7 am until 2 pm.
