AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

He's a McDuffie County kid with a big dream, and now he's making that dream into a reality.

“Doing YouTube and videos and entertaining the audience has been my life,” said Noah Wilson.

September 5, 2014, the world was introduced to a new generation in the media NoahPOPTV.

But for 16-year-old Noah Wilson of Thomson, it was the beginning of a new era of his life.

What started out as an idea, ended up becoming a reality that reaches his peers in a positive light.

“There's, you know, so many things on TV these days that are kind of nasty. Family members have to watch out for that. NoahPOPTV is pretty much a clean channel that kids, teens and everyone could watch without their parents having to worry,” Wilson said.

Working both in front of and behind the camera, Wilson is reaching a wide audience.

“It makes me feel special to know that people actually watch. We just have a lot of great feedback on NoahPOPTV. A lot of people actually like our content on our channel." Wilson said.

And with all this great feedback, it sparked another project within NoahPOPTV.

“The next project for NoahPOPTV is in January 2015. We will be having a web series that's recorded and filmed by NoahPOPTV, we actually started it and it's called the Hotspot. It's going to be something similar to Entertainment Tonight,” said Wilson.

An amazing line up for both NoahPOPTV and The HOTSpot. Wilson is always looking for new ideas, to reach a variety of viewers.

But today was different.

And pushing to his ultimate goal.

“Hopefully when I get older I could be like a talk show host because that's really what I'd like to be,” Wilson said.

He is definitely off to a great start.

Noah has a bright future ahead of him and with his drive, it won't be long before he's joining me on your TV screen.

“Oh my gosh, NoahPOPTV is on TV,” said Wilson.

And that's what makes him this week's spotlight kid.
