2 men charged in Bamberg Co. shooting death

BAMBERG COUNTY, SC (WFXG) -

 Two men are facing charges in connection with the 2013 shooting death of a man at a mobile home park in Denmark. 

Quamaine Fazon McMillan, 23, and Darius Shamar Saxon, 21, are accused in the shooting death of Archie Deandre Baldwin on May 27, 2013, according to the S.C. Law Enforcement Division.

McMillan was charged Wednesday with one felony count of murder, according to the SLED. If convicted, he could face death or 30 years to life in prison. 

Saxon was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with attempted murder and accessory after the fact of a felony. Both charges are felonies, according to SLED. If convicted of attempted murder, Saxon could face up to 30 years in prison. He also could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the accessory after the fact charge. 

SLED investigated the case with the Denmark Police Department. 

McMillan and Saxon were booked at the Bamberg County Detention Center.
