Hiring event scheduled for Monday in Augusta

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Staffing agency MAU Workforce Solutions is hosting a hiring event Monday to fill positions at several companies in the Augusta area.

The event will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel at 2651 Perimeter Parkway in Augusta.

Applicants must apply online prior to attending the event in order to participate in an interview. Click here to apply. Applicants must also submit to background check and drug screen. 

Positions available include:

• mechanical assemblers at E-Z-GO

• stick welders at KSB GIW Minerals

• forklift operators at Kimberly-Clark

• MIG welders at TTX

A minimum of one year of experience is required with 2 or more preferred. Recent tech school graduates are also welcome at the event, organizers said.
