Augusta Tech student accused of bringing knife to campus

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

An Augusta Tech student is behind bars after campus police say he brought a survival knife to campus.

Daneglo Lee, 19, brought a 10-inch survival knife to campus Monday and was showing it off  to students, said Augusta Tech Campus Police Chief Michael Anchor. 

Anchor said students alerted professors Tuesday evening, and campus police were able to find Lee Wednesday night to ask him about the incident.

Lee was arrested and is being charged with having a weapon on school grounds.
