Richmond County deputies need your help finding a man suspected of stealing a gas-powered generator from Tractor Supply Co.

Deputies say the man entered the store located at 596 Bobby Jones Expressway on Sept. 5 just before noon, removed a generator from its box and left the store without paying for it.

The man appears to be in his early 40s, deputies said. He was wearing a red T-shirt, khaki shorts and white sneakers. He is described as being medium height and weight and appears to have a receding hairline.

Anyone with information about this is asked to call the Richmond County Sheriff's Office at 706-821-1020 or Investigator Bert Gates at 706-821-1059.
