AIKEN COUNTY, SC (WFXG) - A North Augusta man is behind bars after Aiken County deputies said he stole a four-wheeler and other items from a house on Chesnut Drive Thursday.
Charles Edward Crocker, 37, is charged with three counts of second-degree burglary and grand larceny, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.
The victim heard a noise outside his home and saw someone driving his four-wheeler away carrying other items, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies saw that someone had broken into three sheds on the property.
Deputies said they followed the four-wheeler tracks and found the four-wheeler and other items at Crocker's residence.
Crocker is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
