Ponce City Market opens in Atlanta

ATLANTA (CBS46) -

After three years of construction, a new multi-use market is now open in Atlanta.

Various stores will open in the Ponce City Market this fall, which is located on Ponce De Leon Avenue NE and Ponce De Leon Place NE.

The first tenant is the market is athenahealth, which is expected to move 200 of its employees into the complex on Sept. 22.

Already open is an art retailer named Binders, which opened its doors on Aug. 20. The retailer is planning a grand opening later in September.

The Suzuki School will open up shop after Labor Day for around 150 students.

Residents are expected to move in to the new Flats starting in October.

Both residents and employees of the complex will get exclusive access to the new BeltLine, which will be available to the public in 2015.
