Two are in custody after breaking into Heritage Elementary School in Liberty Township Wednesday morning.
Deputies were dispatched to the school around 2:25 a.m. in response to an alarm activation.
Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones says that upon arrival, two subjects were observed inside the school. Both subjects fled out the rear of the door of the building.
Sheriff's deputies were able to apprehend the subjects shortly after they fled.
One subject is a juvenile, the other is 18-year-old Kavon Selehi of Liberty Township.
The two were taken into custody and charged with breaking and entering.
It is not known at this time if the two took anything from the school premises.
