2 people wanted for questioning in copper wire theft

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

The man and woman in the photo are wanted for questioning in connection with the theft of a spool of copper wire, according to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office. 

The wooden spool of copper wire was taken on July 21 from property at 2525 Washington Road, which belongs to Augusta National Golf Club. 

Anyone with information about the identity of the people in the picture or the location of the stolen wire can contact Investigator Kendall Brown at 706-821-1440 with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division.
