Korey Bliss owns K&K Auto off Peach Orchard road and said he's fed up with people not following the speed limit.
"The traffic runs through here from 70 to 80 miles an hour at 5P.M in the afternoon," Bliss said.
Bliss' shop is right off Plantation Road, where 25-year-old Benjamin Jones died Thursday morning in a wreck.
"A vehicle was on the side of the road and there was another smaller car coming out. He hit the little car and it killed him instantly," Bliss said.
Bliss said Jones wasn't the first he's seen lose his life and he worries about the safety of his own three children.
"Right up the street, a young child died trying to get on the bus."
But Bliss said he has an idea he thinks could help.
"At least add a caution light to tell people there's a road here where other people are going to be coming out," Bliss said.
The Richmond County Sheriff's Office did not say whether Jones was speeding or not. So far in Richmond County, there have been 19 traffic-related fatalities in 2014.
