Honda Accord theft suspects arrested

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has arrested two people in connection to multiple thefts of Honda Accords.

According to authorities, Christopher Bonner, and an unnamed 16-year-old, are connected to the theft of six motor vehicles over a three day period this month.

The pair were targeting 1995 and 1996 model Honda Accords, according to police.

Five of the six stole vehicles have been located and returned to their owners, police confirmed.

Bonner was booked into the Charles B. Webster Detention Center on six separate felony counts of Theft by Taking (Motor Vehicle) while the 16-year-old juvenile is being detained at The Augusta YDC on the same charges.
