Kingston concedes to Perdue in US Senate race

ATLANTA, GA (WFXG) - Rep. Jack Kingston has conceded the race for Georgia's U.S. Senate seat Republican nomination to businessman David Perdue.

According to the Associated Press, unofficial returns showed Perdue with a lead of more than 6,000 votes, with about 93 percent of precincts reporting.

Perdue will face Democrat Michelle Nunn in November.
