Accused ticket scam artist indicted on 6 counts

Angela Formica Angela Formica
NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The woman first exposed by the Channel 4 I-Team for selling concert tickets that her customers say were fakes has been indicted on six counts.

A grand jury returned the indictments for Angela Formica on three counts of criminal simulation and three counts of theft of property.

If convicted, the criminal simulation charges are felonies.

A Channel 4 I-Team investigation found some of Formica's customers with the same seats to the same concert.

When the I-Team went undercover, Formica tried to sell Channel 4's Jeremy Finley tickets to a concert. Once she realized she was talking to a reporter who then asked her about her unhappy customers, she waked away and said people buy those tickets at their own risk.

Formica is still in the Metro jail after being arrested in May.
