High 5 4 Kids: Chloe Parker

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) - She's just fifteen - but Chloe Parker is on the fast track to be an artist.

She sat down with me today at the Clubhou.se in Downtown Augusta where she meets for her manga classes.

"My father Eric Parker is the founder of the clubhou.se," said Parker. "So I've been coming here ever since it was founded."

And take a look at her artwork.

"She's a super hero who can sort of split her body into multiple different bodies, sort of like how a cell splits itself," said Parker.

Chloe said she uses her abilities to help with the technology projects the Young Makers have worked on.

"I really enjoy taking part in the things because I really enjoy because I'm not too technology adept in things but it was really fun trying to do all the coding, and wiring, and programming," she said.

Chloe said she plans to use all of what she has learned to turn her childhood hobby into a very adult career.

"I can see it actually helping me branch out into different areas I'm interested in, like maybe instead of just doing traditional media, I'll get into digital art, or maybe I'll get into programming or video game design, or even 3D rendering."

And with those skills, this young artist will surely go far.
