JERUSALEM (FOX) - An Israeli court on Monday ordered the three suspects in the gruesome killing of a Palestinian teenager to remain in jail until indictments are filed at the end of the week.

A 29-year-old man and two 17-year-olds are accused of kidnapping and burning alive 16-year-old Mohammed Abu Khdeir in East Jerusalem.

The killings are believed to be revenge for the killing of three Israeli teenagers, but Israeli authorities have condemned the attack. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is vowing to bring the killers to justice.

"I cannot reveal the charges right now because an indictment has not been served yet it will be served this Friday in the District Court in Jerusalem," said defense lawyer Benzion Kveller. "Then we can read exactly the charges in full. Right now, and it's not a secret that they are going to accuse them in the murder of this Arab guy and the kidnap attempt of another guy a day before, some of them and maybe in other events, but not as violent as these ones."

The killing of three Israeli teenagers and the Palestinian teen sparked a new round of fighting between Israel and Hamas, but Israel has not captured the suspects in the death of the three teens.

"It's early to participate everyone in what I'm going to claim because I haven't sat with my clients enough times to test the evidence," Kveller said. "We haven't got the evidence yet. We have the right to copy the evidence only after the indictment has been served. So we have some things to do before we will claim whatever we will claim."

Authorities have not released the identities of the suspects in Abu Khdeir's death.
