AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) - Richmond County investigators arrested three men Monday in connection with burglaries and thefts from the Augusta-Richmond County Recreation Department at Diamond Lakes.
Deputies responded to the Diamond Lakes Regional Park maintenance facility Monday morning about a burglary. When they arrived, deputies found that someone had stolen a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck marked with Augusta-Richmond County decals, a utility trailer and a golf cart.
The investigation led deputies to 1349 Hephzibah-McBean Rd., where they found several men behind the house with all three pieces of stolen equipment.
Deputies arrested and charged the following people:
- Joshua Raines, 23, charged with burglary and felony theft by taking
- Terry Allen Bellew, 44, charged with two counts of theft by receiving stolen property
A third man, 45-year-old Anthony Stephen Farrow, fled into a nearby wooded area. Deputies are still looking for him. He is wanted on one count of burglary and one count of felony theft by taking.

Deputies also arrested another man, 28-year-old Jimmy David Miller, in connection with a May 3 theft at the same Diamond Lakes facility. Tools and a Cushman Truckster five-speed golf cart were stolen during that incident.
Miller is charged with one count of theft by receiving stolen property.
