Crum's on Central to close at end of May

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Crum's on Central is closing after six years in business, according to the restaurant's Facebook page

The restaurant, located at 1855 Central Ave., will close at the end of May.

The owner is closing the restaurant to spend more time with his family, according to the Facebook post.

    A man is dead after being pulled out of a structure fire in Augusta Saturday afternoon.  Augusta Fire spokesperson Michael Myers tells FOX 54 the incident happened shortly after 4:30 p.m. in the 2100 block of Clairmont Court. Crews arrived on the scene and had to remove the man from the structure.  He was transported to a local hospital where he died from injuries caused by the fire.  The identity of the man has not been released and the cause of the fire is under inv...
