GROVETOWN, GA (WFXG) - This week's High 5 4 kids nominee, 9-year-old Jason Williams, loves football.
"Ever since he was little, when I would ask him, 'What do you want to be when you grow up' He said, 'I want to be a football player,'" Jason's mom, Mary Grace Williams, said.
But Jason's dream of making it in the NFL isn't just for him.
"I'll buy my mom a new house," Jason said, "and my dad, I'll buy him a car."
"He always tells me, 'Mommy, when I become a football player, I will buy you a house and a car so you won't struggle anymore,'" Mary Grace said.
Jason is a hard worker off the field too, especially when his brother and sister need him.
"I was playing football with my brother and I broke my arm," Jason's brother, Thavoris Williams, said. "After that, he has helped me a lot."
Jason said he was worried and stayed by his brother's side as much as he could.
"Every time my mom had to go somewhere I would stay with him so he wouldn't break another arm," Jason said.
But dad said football or not, Jason's positive attitude will take him far.
"Whatever he decides to do in life I believe he will do his best," Timothy Williams said.
