Richmond County deputies arrested two men and are searching for a third man in connection with a shooting earlier this month that injured two people.
Around 8:30 p.m. on April 16, deputies responded to 1454 Brown St., where they found two victims with gunshot wounds.
Fredrick Nelson and Carl Nipper are each charged with two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with that shooting, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies are still looking for Reginald Forrest. He has outstanding warrants for the same charges.
Anyone with information on Forrest's whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 706-821-1080 or during business hours at 706-821-1020. Callers may remain anonymous.
